First time here and my last , girls wearing no hair net/hat both long hair in a sort of ponytail , ordered a breakfast and cup of tea , tea came 5 mins before the food then the toast barley warm then the breakfast , reheated sausage well sort of reheated hotest thing on the plate was the egg nicest thing we had that and the hot strong tea ,

Always a treat when we visit our Mum in Cottingham. Fab & friendly staff, good range of traditional cafe food which is always fresh and nicely presented. Look forward to their fresh cream cakes from the bakery which simply are THE BEST.Jan 2023 first visit of the new year and disappointed to find drastically reduced range of cakes with none left by 1330. Even their bakery shop nextdoor but one was out of practically all our favourites. Other customers could be heard voicing their disappointed as they had come specially for a birthday treat.Dear Management, please take note and supply more cream cakes!!!

Not great. Breakfast cost £5.50 and it was robust. The most basic breakfast I've ever had, no mushrooms, hash browns or fried bread, pay extra for a drink. You'd be better off going across the road & paying an extra 2 quid for a breakfast twice the size, with a better atmosphere

The food - eggs on toast - was freshly made and excellent. We took the only free table which unfortunately was next to the toilet door but at 12.15 the place was packed which was great to see.

Very poor quality food, like a 1980's truck stop. Tinned mushrooms, tinned beans, tinned tomatoes, dry undercooked bacon, sausages with about 5% meat content. The egg is supposed to be fried! Poached in oil I think? The coffee, tasted like Brunt dust off the floor. At a price of £7.20 for all that you can see, I feel Royalally ripped off I only came here as the place across the road, Kristoff's was closed.

On behalf of our Monday meet up gang of Canine partners we would like to thank all the staff at Secret garden for making us so welcome during our training sessions and for your excellent service and patience, we really need people like you who help settle the dogs in public and they benefit immensely so thank you ladies very very much .The Canine gang❤️❤️❤️
