Me and my partner brought a property with 50% shared ownership, the whole process with NCHA was so easy and pleasant. Dean was an amazing man and really goes out of his way to help, our solicitors weren’t the best but he went above and beyond to chase things and resolve everything for me. Dana was always on the other end of the phone if we needed anything which was fab. I really can’t recommend doing shared ownership enough, it just makes saving for a house a lot simpler. Cannot recommend NCHA enough.

Very professional and helpful sales adviser and assistant.Visited the property twice prior to completion as I was some distance away.The finished bungalow has far exceeded my expectations.The rent and buildings insurance is affordable and very pleased that due to completion at the end of January there is not a rent increase this April.
