Huts in the Hills

Amazing place to stay. We spent 2 nights in Hedgehope and were treated to some lovely weather to enjoy the fabulous scenery. A great base to enjoy the Northumberland countryside, there is great walking right from the hut as well as short drives away. The hut itself had everything you need - comfy bed, 2 gas hobs and oven, small fridge and good size bathroom. As if that wasn't enough, there's a massive bath on the terrace looking out over the fields, ideal for a soak after a long day's walking, plus a fire pit and grill. On arrival there was a small loaf of bread, some butter and milk, as well as a couple of treats, some nice finishing touches. Would recommend getting up to watch the sunrise with a hot chocolate on the terrace.

Stayed for one night and had a great time. Location is quite and peaceful ideal for a relaxing break. My girlfriend loved the outdoor bath. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning hut. We stayed in the Cheviot hit with the glass ceiling and we're lucky to have a clear night to lay in bed and look up at the stars.So peaceful with wonderful wildlife around and even the baby hares came to keep us company. Definitely will stay again.

Absolutely stunning setting and gorgeous cabin! Loved the glass roof and outdoor bath. We were also lucky enough to see shooting stars. Perfect for our Minimoon

Fantastic unique place to stay. Beautiful scenery. Wonderful rustic interiors. You can have a bath outside and bathe under starry skies.

I recently took my mum with me for a stay at Maylies, Huts in the Hill's largest hut. It was fantastic - Spring time, so the fields around were full of lambs and calves, so peaceful and beautiful. The hut was beautifully decorated, all we needed was thought of and it was so clean. Log burner kept us warm at night, and I'll be booking to go back at a warmer time to enjoy the bathtub on the deck.

Beautiful hut, set in beautiful countryside. The outside bath was a huge bonus. We also ordered a couple of the meals on offer, they were amazing would highly recommend!

Huts In The Hills was outstanding. We have just returned and cannot think of any faults. Both my partner and myself really enjoyed the peace and quite.

Absolutely incredible three nights away unwinding in the Hedgehope hut. Beautiful setting surrounded by some great walks. The attention to detail made it all the more special! Will absolutely be back.
