The staff are great, extremely friendly and supportive and don't put up with any shenanigans, which, if you knew Nana D, is her natural state!

Friendly staff, clean home, residents are well attended to

Halcyon Court has an amazing team of staff. So caring and friendly, it's like one big happy family, nothing is too much trouble. Just what we wanted for Dad.So impressed with the decorative changes being made to the home too, keeping the theme in line with the age of the residents with a modern twist.Well done Laura and team. So very gratefull to you all for putting restrictions in place so quickly and effectively keeping everyone safe, through COVID-19, including Dad. THANK YOU ALL

Brilliant staff

There have been some lovely changes to my mums home in recent months. The new manager has really focused on the environment for everyone; it has a pub and she is doing a vintage cafe too!! She has been really approachable since she started there and seems to be very caring. Lovely home lovely staff can’t fault it.

Some of staff in Halcyon need training in terms of knowledge and provision for care and positive attitude towards visitors. Some of them are rude and lack of basic understanding of halcyon's policies.
