Contacted Izzie from KCC. She surveyed the carpets, advised on the condition and material, provided a good quote so booked her to do the work. She contacted us the day before to check it was still OK and arrived promptly the next morning. She hoovered, treated and cleaned all 3 carpets - and did so efficiently and quickly. They look much, much better now and smell fresh and clean. Highly recommended!
