Always an excellent and professional service by Warwick Glass. Our go-to company for any window or door requirements. We have been using them for years. We recently had a replacement pane and new back door fitted. Fitters were friendly, respectful and thorough. Would definitely recommend.

I've used Warwick Glass twice now in the last 12 months. Aside from some confusion over agreed turnaround times after I placed my first order, I've had a positive experience. I had to push a bit as I was having other building work done but can't complain as they did everything they could to get my windows fitted as close to the original date agreed. I had them return recently and the two fitters were even better than the first.They are all self-employed so I can appreciate it is a bit of pot luck as to which fitter you get, and therefore the service.

We have just had all of the windows and doors replaced in our house in Rugby by Warwick glass and it has to be said that the whole experience was a pleasure. Absolutely everything went perfectly smoothly. All of the windows and doors are of the highest quality and the fitters were excellent. They turned up as arranged, they were very professional, efficient and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. I would have no hesitation is recommending Warwick glass and we will defiantly be using them in the future.

Warwick Glass gave us a great front door! We love it. Best company for front doors in Warwickshire. I would recommend their services to anyone. Also the installers we friendly and tidied up after which was a bonus. Might have to go back when we need new windows.Linda was amazing on the phone, she should get a raise.They should maybe consider allowing us to pay via American Express (AMEX).

We had our garden doors and several windows replaced by Warwick Glass. We were very pleased with the whole process, and the quality for price was good. Would happily use their services again in the future.

Warwick Glass have been amazing, we had two bay windows and a small bedroom window replaced on the front of our house. Everyone I've dealt with has been really personable, prompt, kind and considerate from start to end. They are really customer focused. Would definitely recommend and will not be using any other company for any other work we may need.

Excellent products and service. We had 2 doors and a window from Warwick Glass, the products are incredibly good quality and everyone we spoke to from the office staff to the fitters have been friendly and helpful.Highly recommend.

Rather mixed experiences of Warwick Glass - the first excellent and the second disappointing and bad service.The first experience was excellent with attentive Kevin on sales and Jason Hewings fitting a door and a window for me. Jason only works alone and with quiet happy concentration. He did a wonderful job which was attested to by Fensa who came to check.My second experience was disappointing with communication problems (lots of chasing up and emails ignored). I booked the job in April and it finally happened mid-August. The job was done by different installers, who appeared to rush work and left rather a mess. They could have taken the time to paint the added wood to match also (see photo).I was also disappointed that the sash windows were hard to open and close and did not automatically come with a way to secure your windows while open - something that I didn’t realise would need to be requested. (Future sales staff please note, this is a highly advisable option to make homeowners aware of!) I also expected ‘thumb turns’ to close Yale doors. Highly recommend these! A year later I paid someone else to add these and they’re great for comings and goings.If you are going to use Warwick Glass, insist on Jason Hewings to do the work (and be careful there are two Jasons). He will only work alone, so it make take a while to do the job, but it will be wonderful.Otherwise use Oriel windows, which my partner used - excellent modern sash windows with easy opening and security when partially opened. They also automatically add ‘thumb turns’.

Excellent service from start to finish. Stair and landing glass measured and fitted. The glass had to be designed and a template made. The attention to exact measurements could not be faulted. Consequently the finished product looks better than we hoped. I would not hesitate to use them again or to highly recommend them.
