Profile Pensions

I, hesitantly, used Profile Pension earlier this year - I say hesitantly as there are a lot of these types of offers of services and I really did not want to be scammed out of my pension. As it turns out I had no need to be hesitant, they provided an excellent service from start to finish and found a long lost pension with a value of over £20k. I took their advice and transferred all of my pensions into a single pot and I am more than happy with the advice received, the professionalism of the advisers and the overall service - Highly recommended

Came across Profile Pensions through Money Supermarket.Went ahead although after looking into more pensions decided to cancel, I had already set up and put account details in, I called on Thursday to cancel, no one available said I would get a call back between 3pm amd 4pm, nothing by 3:15, called again , advised before 4pm, called at 3.40 as had to go back to work, said I wanted to cancel, again mo one available took my email address (incorrectly it turned out despite them already having it- not than anyone tried to contact me)The line disconnected, called back and started to get annoyed, they advised will call after 6pm, nothing, called Friday advised will keep calling , no one available each time, emailed and messaged on portal too and nothing, called in total thd 2 days around 12 times, laid it out I would leave bad reviews etc, said I get the impression of a scam, nothing , no response at all.This review is to warn others, despite my calls and messages the only response I've had is a message about a £50 ref fee and a message to advise they have set up my account which is the opposite of what I wanted, there is no way to cancel online except call or email, both of which have been ignored.AVOID AVOID AVOIDI WILL BE VE LOOKING AT MAKING A COMPLAINT TO THE GOVERNING BODY OF THIS COMPANY, THIS VOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED EASILY, I WILL ALSO INFORM MONEY SUPERMARKET OF THE SAME

I've found the company to be professional, friendly and helpful and their advice to be sound. There was no pressuring at all and all calls were made as and when set. Recommended!

Great customer service and advice. Transferred my fund to one well suited to my risk level, on advice. It's capital at risk, so your returns depend on the performance of the pension fund, not on Profile Pensions.

I heard about profile pensions through a friend saying they had done a great job for him, they did for me too. They gave me a time and date to talk to an advisor and stuck to it... to the minute! Made changing one of my pensions so easy, I literally didn't do a thing and they advised me to leave my other pension where it was. Yes they did charge a fee but saved me time and effort to get the right deal.I will definitely be using them again and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thanks PP

Excellent advice and support throughout; clear documentation; no 'issue forcing', let me go at my own pace which was slow..! Transfer occurred just as COVID19 bit...but went into that eyes wide open; would most likely have been in a worse position if I'd left things as they were. Key to the whole process was my adviser, Paul Hepplestone - can't rate him highly enough; things nearly went wrong at the end through no fault of his and he stepped in and resolved quickly.

Simply cannot fault Profile Pensions. Nothing is too much trouble. I can always contact someone when i need to. Very helpful from start to finish. Well recommended

False advertising.Profile Pensions promised a £50 Amazon voucher for signing up via a friends link. It took them four and a half months after signing up to eventually send an email saying As promised here is your introductory offer

Been trying for over a week to get someone to make an appointment. But being ignored after calling every day for a week. A shameless company. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Very disappointed.

Up to now I've had no issues apart from locking my account, which to be fair took a few days due to me registering another email account .All sorted now and easy to use service and easily accessible. I don't actually need to access my funds yet so we'll see how easy that is . No issues so far though
