Great communication around the recruitment process from start to finish, face to face interview of around an hour and then updated after 24 hours. No complaints at all.

Absolutely useless. Give you a delivery time slot, turn up 2 hours early and wonder why your not in.Next day, no email with time slot. No phone call half an hour before. Claim they attempted delivery but no one home but home CCTV shows no one came to the house. 3rd day, gives a 4 hour time slot but fail to turn up. No call, no email or text. And no number you can contact them on.I wouldn't trust this company with any of my logistic needs

Terrifying experience behind one of your wagons on the m42 j9-j10 10 minutes ago. Curtainsider going at speed in high winds -tipped to at least 45 degrees but driver carried on regardless. No contact number for you anywhere on your website. Please educate your drivers about driving in high winds

Their van drivers can’t drive… please educate them on what the indicators on their vans are used for. And as far as I’m aware driving whilst on your mobile phone is illegal… which also caused them to drive about 20mph on a dual carriageway, very dangerous. Wouldn’t trust them if this is the face of their company (peterborough area)

Had an email early doors 2-3 days back that I so called, missed a delivery!? No i didn't.Then today the driver couldn't be arsssed to ring the door bell. Left parcel on the door step and just walked off. Didn't know you guys are amazon courier's!
