It is pretty expensive in here, even with the discounts. While the staff are friendly, I have to say the customer service is disappointing. We asked them to sell us a replacement pan for our Actifry (which we bought in here) and they referred us to a telephone helpline. The bottom line is, they're happy to sell the expensive shiny gizmos, but the minute the shine wears off and you need parts, you can forget about getting any support in the place you bought them from. Disappointing.

Purchased a new nespresso coffee machine saturday and can say im very happy with it. The guy who served me was a pleasure to deal with. Was very helpful and knowledgable. Would highly recommend them based on the service i was provided.

A small place but with plenty to offer and polite and helpful staff. Time it right and you can also pick up some great bargains. Not everything is cheap though and I've found items cheaper with a quick Google search of popular shopping sites. Just something to be aware of.

Good prices. One star for that. That's all on a good side of things.Got high-end Krups Nespresso machine and Tefal kettle less then 3 months ago. Both under 2 year warranty. Both failed in 3 months simultaneously... Came to the shop for replacement: been told to a) wait for 6-8 weeks for kettle to be repaired... no replacement... no refund... b) deal with Nespresso machine by myself directly with Nespresso... no replacement... no refund...This was the last time I stepped in to this shop and the last time bought Nespresso coffee maker and Tefal kettle.Update: received kettle in one week instead of 6-8 declared.

We received excellent service from Mark as we bought our Nespresso coffee machine from there. There were many different models to choose from and we didn’t have a clue but he was very helpful and patient in explaining all the pros and cons in each so we were able to buy the right one for us. Thank you
