Used to be a really.good place to buy food from, but lately they've been messing up with the dishes... Always seems chips are not fresh, and they forgetting the Salt & Pepper meaning.. theres neither salt or pepper on their dishes lately, or vegetables.. Paying a lot of money and always end up in bin now... Really disappointed.. Never buy again ...

I ordered and paid for delivery. Order was over £100 and arrived on time. I was extremely disappointed that with the order I didn’t get any complimentary prawn crackers. I called to ask for some and was told that I could go pick some up. So my £100 order would go cold, after if paid for delivery for me to pick up them up. Disgusting!!!Another word of advice don’t get the squid unless you have a very strong jaw!!!

Appalling customer service the boy on the phone was extremely unfriendly, unhelpful and rude!I have witnessed his rudeness on many occasions but experienced it personally myself today.Unfortunately we Will not be returning customers after being loyal for 8 years. They obviously do not care about their customers.Not recommend

I complained this evening because the order took so long. Was told it was on it’s way when clearly it wasn’t. However, the food was lovely and well worth the wait. Thank you.

Unfortunately hong kong express have been repeatedly rude to customers and have made several mistakes on orders. After leaving honest feedback online this was not accepted in good grace. We ordered again but after accepting an online order Hong Kong Express then called me on a mobile number to state they had cancelled the order because of a previous negative review....so have another negative review. ( The lady is lovely, the boy seems foolish and arrogant).

In all the years I've gone here! I've never has cause to complain, but tonight's meal although tasted nice lacked the usual ingredients, we ordered Singapore Chowmein no shripm but extra meat, I literally counted 7 slithers of meat .and salt and pepper chips - which usually come with jalapeño and onions!After speaking with the whoever answered the phone to be told they never put onions or jalapeño in! It was very poor. I for one shall not be back.

Ordered last night for the first time and will definitely not be the last ! All the food was spot on, extremely tasty and hot. Also the delivery driver was polite. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely shocking, guy on the phone has somr serious attitude - tried telling me I gave him the wrong address and then tried charging me double delivery - not a chance
