I may regret saying this but i still cannot work out how this company can create such brilliant products and provide such amazing customer service for such a low price!! The devices themselves are so easy to install and the number of functions are mind boggling.will be my go to tracker company and will continue to reccomend to anyone who needs a tracker too.Thank you!

TruTrak have been amazing to deal with. The tracker itself is a great little unit and worth every penny.I had an issue setting it up so called up TruTrak, spoke to a lovely person called Lorraine who was incredibly helpful. Their customer service experience is second to none! If anyone is looking for a tracker for their car, give them a call!

Brilliant tracker fitted to my car. Only £5.99 a month depending on which plan you go for

so having paid theses people for over five years 11.49 a month for a tracker..the car does no longer require one as its value has reduced..so i ring to confirm i no longer need it and they cant identify me unless i send them back an email they sent me?..yes i can cancel but i need to pay them 45 pound plus VAT to come and remove a tracker which lets be frank probably didn't cost that five years ago..also just not great people to deal with..in a market flooded with competition ..id avoid find a more helpful company

Special mention to Gary, who was the stand out reason I chose this company. After some recent theft in the area I decided to look into a tracker for my car. I had contacted several companies for advice and quickly found I was struggling to have my questions answered over the reliability of the network. Gary went far out of his way to answer my questions, and also send me reading material so I could make the right decision. The tracker was super easy to fit and has far exceeded my expectations in terms of accuracy, ease of use and value for money. I had some questions regarding the geofence and again, Gary accessed the tracker remotely and helped set up the geofence around my home and place of work. 10/10 service and I can’t recommend them enough.

I've had a TruTrak on my wife's car for around a year now. Last night her car got stolen from our driveway at 00:53am. We realised it was gone at 6:50am and after checking the vehicles location on the TruTrak app, the car was recovered and brought home at 7:25am! If it wasn't for this tracker.... The car would have been gone and chopped up for parts. Excellent product which saved us a lot of hassle with insurance claims etc. Next step is to get an immobiliser fitted!

Very good product and customer service. Easy to install (not upside down like I did) the team there are super helpful and I'm so relieved to have this in my van. Highly appreciated and recommend trutrak

brilliant piece of kit, instant response as soon as the vehicle is accessed and started, exact location, constant monitoring, I explained to TruTrak what my requirements were and they set it up, brilliant customer service, I would highly recommended,
