Quiet place... kind peoples ...cool

How on earth you would ever manage to sleep here is beyond believe, this guys dogs bark 24/7 and is known to local police and authorities.

Pleasant, quiet, secure and clean accommodation close to Dundee, helpful and accommodating owners. Would recommend and happily stay again.

Kids friendly place 24 hour security door step parking zero percent pollution and a pleasant owner.

I stayed at Lanka house for a little over a week in July while I was looking for a permanent residence. I had such a nice stay that I missed it when I moved into my own flat!As a budget accommodation it's not as polished as a hotel or some bnb's - you could tell it hadn't been properly lived in in some time and needed a few repairs/scrubbing. But it was warm, comfortable, secure and free of pests, as well as being situated in a beautiful setting. It was also very private and extremely quiet.The electricity is coin operated, which is probably the biggest inconvenience, but you can't find a better rate for return. There's a gas stove and separate bedrooms and bath, and the water runs hot and with excellent pressure. Bed was large and comfortable, and the place was so well furnished it felt like a home. Internet also worked great.The host is very chatty and friendly, and was very responsive by phone. I would happily stay here again.
