I've been a member of this sports facility for 5 months, and my experience has been exceptional. The gym is well-equipped with modern fitness machines, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are great.

A good gym with decent machines, always kept clean and staff are nice. Can’t fault the priceI have unfortunately had several instances of men in the free weights area acting a little rudely, e.g. taking weights off a bench without asking (once off the bar when I still had my hands on it!), repetitively asking if I’m done with a bench when other ones are free.Not sure if there’s a general lack of knowledge of gym etiquette or possibly assumptions about how much a woman can lift but I’ve never experienced it at other gyms, it might be worth the staff sending out a reminder of expectations/good gym behaviour every few months.

I have been going to this gym since 2021 and it honestly is perfect as it has everything I need to do my workout, the staff are the most friendly people I have met and most importantly it is budget friendly.Thank you gym group!

It’s okay. It’s a gym with everything you need to work out. Free parking for two hours which is also a plus.However, it’s really dirty. I never see anyone cleaning and I always leave with dirty hands and socks. I wish this place was taken better care of. People never re rack weights nor put them back in the right place so it can be tricky to find what you need for your exercise. The toilets also smell pretty bad.It’s probably the best bet in the area, but it sets the bar pretty low.Edit: I would also like to add, there’s a critically low level of useful extensions for the rope pulleys!

Nice gym, I really like it in here. Even though I am not working out here, my parents go to ‘the gym group’. They have lots of machines which help you exercise your particular body muscle. Plus they have flavoured water which is absolutely fantastic, my parents share with me this water. Also the gym is in our area, my parents won’t struggle again to go to the gym by the car. Brilliant!

Great gym but annoyed they removed the cleaning station. Can’t wipe down equipment in the free weights area before and after use. Often the bars and dumbbells are extremely dirty as a result. Why remove the cleaning station?
