Very quick and efficient customer service from Jermaine. He went through each contract (needed 2 phones) thoroughly, which I appreciated. Didn't feel rushed or bullied into getting something I didn't need, like most stores tend to do nowadays.The staff, Ella especially, worked well overall as a team, helping one another(shop was very busy)which made it feel like a comfortable environment to be in. Thank you once again for your service.

I felt pounced upon by a store colleague today. Didn't have the chance to browse. Then when I did want to help, I was referred to the Xiaomi website. The girl was more interested in playing mobile games. Waste of wages on this type of staff

If you are looking for a supplier do not choose this company because they are not able to help, I went to the three store in bexleyheath with a problem with my order that I did not receive and the manager told me that there is nothing he can do, then I tried to contact them by phone and they told me to go to the three store, so basically the people at the store tell you to call and the people you call send you to the store. 0 professionalism, I don't understand how such people can become managers.

I came into the store with an issue regarding my contract and was attended to by Zee who was absolutely lovely. After being ignored by customer service and other three employees, Zee was very attentive and went above and beyond to resolve this issue for me. Very excellent customer service, she was patient and kind. Couldn’t be happier.
