We used this company about three years ago after a recommendation from a property manager we know. We were away overseas for a long period and wanted no hassle. We were advised on the type of flooring suitable for our purposes, and these were not the most expensive. We felt they knew their products and were not just out for the money, they wanted to give us the right thing. We had regular updates and photographs of the finished job. Since then we have moved back and are doing another place. We have only reused some contractors, Rivendell was definitely one as we had a first rate experience. We are happy and will be using them again.

Mandy from Rivendell came out to our office premises personally and spent some time giving us valuable advice on the best solution for replacing our 250m of carpet tiles. Her approach was both pragmatic and cost effective. Her suggestion that we utilise carpet tiles throughout rather than a mix of laminate flooring and tiles saved us hundreds of pounds and has proved to be the very best advice. The quotation was provided quickly (which is always important when a project is being planned) and requested colour samples were dispatched promptly enabling us to make an informed choice of colour.We finalised our order with 10 year heavy duty tiles and Rivendells price, fitted, beat all other quotes.On the day of installation, a Saturday, all went very smoothly and the weekend fit meant that our busy office was not affected and production was unaffected. Mandy called us first thing on the following Monday morning to ensure that we were pleased with the cleanliness, fit and look of the new carpet -- we were -- very!We would highly recommend Mandy and Rivendell to any business that is considering having large areas of carpet fitted -- particularly if a hassle free installation is what you require! Mandy provides an excellent service, bringing a wide range of samples to your home at a convenient time so that you can choose a carpet in the place where it is to be fitted. Her knowledge about all the different carpets and flooring is invaluable, helping you to pick the right carpet for the area. As a busy business owner I didn't have time to go round all the different suppliers - the personal service that Rivendell offers is therefore cost and time saving - I wouldn't go to any other supplier.

Mandy and her team were extremely quick and efficient in providing the quotation for new laminate flooring, following a visit the property. We had plenty of flooring types and colours to choose from. Once we chose the preferred flooring, the quotation arrived swiftly and this was competitive with other quotes received. We decided to go with Mandy's company as we felt confident they could be relied upon and would do a good job. Mandy's colleague fitted the flooring in one day.
