Great customer service! I made an order in January but because of Covid travelling restrictions I was not home when it arrived and could only open it in May, when I found out there was a product missing. After contacting them, they immediately sent me the product and I got it the next day. Totally recommended!!

As usual, fantastic service, thank you! I ordered late on Thursday and didn't expect parcel until after the Bank Holiday Monday but it arrived this morning (Saturday) and I'm thrilled with the contents. I've ordered sashiko thread twice from Japan Crafts and extremely happy with both purchases. I've lived in Japan and the stock is the exact same items that you would find in Japan (including some items from my favorite Japanese craft store Hobbyra-Hobbyre!). Katie tries very hard to keep her stock up to date with new patterns as well. She also ships out orders extremely quickly. I had both my orders before a week! I plan to keep purchasing from her when I need more sashiko supplies.

I bought 2 mini charm packs and all the pieces were lovely. I would have given 5 stars but one of the packs contained 39 pieces instead of 40 which is what I expected . I would still buy them again however.
