I've used platinum cars for airport transfers for many years, and they have been brilliant; an excellent service.They went the extra mile, literally, recently ; my elderly relatives needed to attend a wedding with us in Scotland , and all flights were cancelled. Platinum cars provided a driver to take them all the way to Aberdeen! They reported that the driver was endlessly patient and cheerful, despite numerous delays and M6 at a standstill for over an hour: a 13 hour trip! Well done that man!I will continue to book them for all my airport transfers.

First time for several years that I have used a taxi service. The driver arrived on time (in fact 15 minutes early) which I was very pleased about. The return journey (8 hours later) with a different driver was equally good. I was going to a family party and did not want to 'drink and drive'.

First time I have used these guys. The car arrived on time at 3:30am. The driver was pleasant and when we got to LHR T5 realised our flight had been shifted to T3. Not a problem and the driver happy to detour to T3.Prior to this the booking was easy to make, great comms and prompt response.I will book them again later this year for our next flight.

I have used Platinum Cars for airport transfers for the last 3 years, in all probably 10 trips. On every occasion they have been punctual both picking up at home and at arrival at the airport.
