My laptop was so slow loading up. James assessed that the hard drive needed replacing to a solid state drive. He took away the laptop and even though he encountered a problem with the old worn drive, he returned the laptop within two days, all fixed and loading up so quickly that I don't have time to sup my coffee! Excellent job and fully recommend James for any IT issues.

Incredible Service and Attention to Customers Needs. I have now made use of James's services twice and in both cases was kept fully informed of the progress. When delivery to him was late, James called me before I had to call him, that's customer service. His prices were very reasonable and for me, good value. When you visit to drop off your computer do not be put off by the office entrance. Ring the bell and he comes down to you. I understand he also does call outs so it's best to phone first to make sure he is in the office. If anyone I know needs computer repairs James will be on the top of my list. I live outside of Worthing but it's worth the drive into town in return for the competent work and superior customer service. Thank you James.

James from JS Computer Services did a good and efficient job advising on and installing my new laptop and printer. I approached him with a further query about copying some very old dvds which had originally been copied from audio cassettes more than twenty years ago. He responded promptly with advice and transferred the files to USB sticks for me. I will have no hesitation in asking for his help to deal with any future problems. He is competent, polite and efficient.

James is just fantastic. The first work he did for us was to solve a very unusual and difficult problem that two other IT specialists had failed to sort - amazing! And for a very reasonable charge.At a later date, our laptop completely stopped working. It wouldn't even turn on. I thought it had died, but James offered to do a free assessment to see if he thought it worth fixing. We were ready to ditch the laptop, but James looked at it for about 30 seconds, saw the problem, and fixed it there and then! Again totally amazing - I can now turn on the laptop and it works better than before because of what he did.James is trustworthy and reliable, and keen to save you money by mending your old machine rather than you having to buy new. I thoroughly reccommend him.

James, from JS Computer Services has just restored my faith in mankind,,,,I am 78 and very dependent on my laptop for many things including contact with family abroad and in UK. My laptop needed urgent attention and I was unable to find anyone who would take the time to help apart from saying (over the telephone)...you need a new laptop! Well I happened to ring JS Computer Services and James came to my home, checked my laptop, took it away , diagnosed and repaired it and returned it to me in good order! I cannot recommend him highly enough for his friendly, patient attention and excellent prices.

James is a charming young man and was annoyed that my repair took so long, not his fault but that of the Royal Mail striking so it took longer for the spare part to arrive. However, once it did arrive he fitted it immediately and rang me to say it was ready to be collected.I was impressed with the service received and know where to go for help.
