I have been to Paul Ellis Auto’s twice this year, once with an issue on my car and the other my MOT. Both times they have been beyond efficient with the most reasonable pricing I’ve ever experienced from a garage. I refuse to take my car to any other local now, they are amazing

If I could offer 6 stars, I would. Paul and the team always provide a good service. On a recent visit, a mistake was made but urgently put right the following morning. Also allowing me time to test drive the car to confirm I was happy with the fix. Top boys, they'll see you right!

Came for a heater matrix swap, two tyres and full service.The interior of the car is now warm again and the car running like a dream.A+ service and communication.One minor issue that a tyre needed re-seating, but this was fixed quickly and without fuss.Thanks Kyle and team!Edit: I asked 4 times for the receipt for payment over more than a week, and never received. Gave up in the end.

Had a safety check at Halfords and was quoted a ridiculous price for a control arm and ball joint replacement. Went straight to Paul Ellis where they checked it and quoted me nearly half the price, everyone was really nice and informative, showed me the damage. They got it done for me there and then and I drove home less than 2 hours later with a nice quiet car. Can’t fault them at all, first place I’ll go to for any issues.
