From our personal experience, the team at the Uckfield branch were excellent from start to finish. There's plenty of choice & competition in town but we decided to go with Freeman because we felt they were the most proactive, friendly and competitively priced.From ringing up the office on a Monday morning at 9am, Natasha was at our house by 12:30pm with all of the paperwork, photographer booked in and our house was live on the market by Wednesday. We immediately felt reassured that they knew and understood our needs & timelines and were going to represent us well.The whole team worked tirelessly to convert leads into viewings and we were encouraged at the amount of serious prospective buyers they were able to get through our door. They always made sure someone followed up and provided us with feedback and updates where possible, which is really important for a seller.I would have no hesitations in recommending this estate agents to anyone local to the Uckfield area. Would highly recommend freeman Forman as estate agents. We have just purchased our first house that was marketed with them and they have been absolutely amazing from the get go! Tobi initially showed us round the property and did a stellar job of answering all our questions when we knew we’d want to make an offer. Natasha absolutely smashed it at getting the seller to agree on a price with us, and continued to go above and beyond throughout the whole process checking in and relaying vital info. Similarly Fiona also did a grand job at keeping us informed, chasing solicitors and communicating between us and the seller. Me and my husband desperately needed a new property before our baby arrived. With rentals being so high in demand we didn’t think it was even possible to get a place but still tried. It is our first rental property and we hadn’t got any credit or anything being 18. But the estate agents treated us fairly like everyone else and managed to get us a brand new property. Other agents didn’t even give our enquiries a second glance but Freeman foreman knew better. I would recommend this agents 100%. Efficient, fast, reliable and with the tenants best interest at heart. Any assistance needed and they respond promptly. Couldn’t fault anything.
