Extremely positive experience with White & Guard. Particular mention to Leanna who has been awesome throughout - helpful, attentive, proactive and most importantly, upbeat when things got tricky. W&G have been there throughout, coordinating all of the relevant parties to ensure that the process ran as smoothly and quickly as it could. I couldn’t have asked for better support with the sale of my property from start to finish. We met Dan at the property and he was very personable and friendly. From previous experiences with other estate agents we felt they found it hard to remember any preferences or requirements for properties and would just send you the latest one available. However Dan was able to remember details about us and it is little things like that that make a difference - you feel like a person rather than a potential buyer! Leanna then helped us during the sales progression and Leanna was fantastic. She responded to our queries quickly and wouldn't leave us hanging. She was always available and I've no doubt that Leanna is the reason the purchase went through so quickly. She was on top of everything pushing the sale through. Thank you Leanna and Dan.

Sold my house with White & Guard Fair Oak. They were extremely helpful through out the process. In particular, Leanna in the sales chasing team was brilliant. from start to finish, me and my girlfriend received excellent service from White and Guard. We had a huge chain and whilst there was a few hiccups (because the chain was so large) White and Guard did everything they could to make sure we were kept updated.
