I went to see Emily after struggling with my weight and lifestyle for yearsShe took time to discuss everything with me and after completing a food/lifestyle diary we sat down and she talked me through it and made lots of suggestions and ideas it was a really great session and after following her advice for a few weeks now I feel healthier and have lost weightI can not recommend her highly enough
