Went to Ernest Jones to get my wedding ring designed to match my engagement ring.Jenny was more than accommodating with her service. She spent time ensuring it was exactly what I wanted and her aftercare was impeccable. Even when I missed her when collecting, she called up later to make sure that everything was as I expected.I would highly recommend this Ernest Jones as well as Downy Designs that helped with the creation of both my rings.

Recently bought a Breitling watch from Ernest Jones (Meadowhall) and the customer service was excellent. Dealt with Debbie (assistant manager) who went out of her way to accommodate my requirements and was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Came into store today looking at ideas for engagement rings. Having not much clue about rings, well, none at all really, Millie helped us every step of the way. No task was a problem and went above and beyond what we were expecting! She explained every step of the process, answered all of our questions (apologies for the amount of questions we had), very friendly and tentative and an asset to the company! Left very happy with our purchase and thank you Millie!

Bought a new Tissot PRX today. I was served by Millie who was great, very kind, extremely helpful and caring. All the other staff were great also. I would highly recommend if looking to purchase a new watch. 10/10

I’d been putting of purchasing my wedding ring and with only 8 weeks to go I needed to get it asap. One thing or another it was either too expensive or didn’t have the ring in stock.Walked in to Ernest Jones today to be greeted by Jennie who was amazing, put me at ease straight away and new exactly what I was wanting. After only 30mins I had found the perfect ring and at the price I wanted to pay was an added bonus. Can’t thank Jennie enough for the experience would highly recommend them for all occasions.

I am so pleased with the service I have received from Ernest Jones in Meadowhall. Although it isn't our closest store we chose to go to Meadowhall to tie in with our plans for the day and I'm really glad we did. Scott, Helen and their colleagues I have spoken to both in the store and over the phone have been absolutely amazing from start to finish.Scott understood exactly what I was looking for in my engagement ring and was patient while I tried many, many on and explained the whole process of ordering into the store and the insurances perfectly with no pressure.I have subsequently tried my ring in two different sizes and all interactions to arrange this have been quick and easy, after a rather disappointing trip to the Nottingham store when I was misinformed on the process of arranging this. I'm really glad we chose to stick with Meadowhall, even being a 1.5 hour round trip for us, it was well worth it.Even with awkward payments, valuation requests, which I'm pleased to say the store sorted for me perfectly and the sizing, I've now got my perfect ring and have been impressed with the service from start to finish.I hope the team, particularly Scott, get some recognition from these reviews as they've been fantastic!

Went in today on the hunt for ‘The ring’ with my other half - had no idea what we were after. Millie was just wonderful, an absolute ray of sunshine who just went above and beyond to help. She was happy to answer our many questions, helped us find what we liked, gave us knowledge, advice and just made the whole experience an incredibly enjoyable and memorable one. A credit to the company - look after her! Thank you again Millie!

Excellent service and super friendly and helpful staff. After my engagement ring got a bit loose I went into this store to get it resized. Millie was extremely helpful in explaining the process and letting us know how long it would take. I received it back in less than 2 weeks and it came back gleaming! My wedding band was also too big but luckily I was able to exchange. There was a slight problem with the setting of a stone so I went back. Millie was again extremely helpful and spoke to the manager who would then speak to the repair centre the next working day. True to their word the Manager, Kelly, rang the next working day and was able to offer me a few options were extremely helpful. I was inundated with options, after deciding I spoke to Debbie who helped put everything in motion. I did double check this morning to see if everything was progressing and I spoke to Jenny who made sure everything was in place. She rang soon after and wedding band was available to collect. We leave for our wedding in just a few days and they have been so accommodating and helpful. It felt like nothing was too much for any of those who we dealt with. Thank you so much, you’ve all really made such a difference to our big day. :)
