Called yesterday for a small and inexpensive yet important to me, spare part for my Trek Emonda. Ben, who answered the phone was so helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me to get this part. It was so refreshing to actually deal with such a friendly and helpful member if staff after enquiring elsewhere and getting negative experiences. Well done in securing a future customer simply by doing your job efficiently and politely. I don't normally do reviews but felt I had to. Well done Cheltenham Cycles. If only everyone was so conciencious. Very impressed

A long over due review,I've used this shop when it was John , Alison and the legend Tim way back in the 90sMy first proper bike a Trek 9800 was brought from John , Cheltenham cycles upgraded it to a 9900 team issue after a warranty queryAs the years went buy the bike has morphed and changed but I've always brought my bike back in for service and upgradesThey do such a good job those visits are pretty far apart .These people are true cyclists , I've never had bad advice or pressure on things I didn't need.They have a great selection for everyoneyou are valued because they're not a mega chain and that shows in all they do.

In short, my carbon wheels started delamination, and I wanted a new set of aluminium wheels, as I'm now spending most of my time commuting. I dropped in on the way home, and the next day, I brought my bike in to the shop, where straight away, a cost effective set were suggested after id said what I was looking before, the previous day. I left my bike with them in the morning and when I dropped in just after lunch time, the bike was ready to ride. A great, professional service by people who really love their cycling.

Bought a brand new Trek bike, bunch of accessories and I could not be happier with the bike or service received. Every member of staff is knowledgeable and passionate about cycling and really know their stuff.After care is amazing too, highly recommend supporting these guys, they are awesome
