I was a first time customer at this shop. I took my phone to be looked at and they damaged the phone beyond repair. When I complained about this, the staff got angry at me and blamed me for them breaking my phone.Extremely bad attitude and no manners or respect.

Stood at counter with staff member as he tried to fix PC, then he disappeared for 15 minutes. I was going to leave but rudely prevented by other staff. When he did return he went through same processes he tried previously before giving up.This is just a mobile fone shop for the Chinese community.
