R.A.Clarke Chimney Sweep
Chimneys all swept today and smoke checked, I will be using them all this winter to keep the home nice and toasty. Richard was friendly and informative, did a great job too.

Excellent service , the chimney was very bad and Richard did a fantastic clear out of the flue and all internal parts of the log burner . Would definitely use again !

Richard came to do our annual chimney sweep. Thorough and knowledgeable, very quick and clean and fairly priced. Never too busy to make time for a natter and a cuddle with the dog! Highly recommended as we now wouldn’t go to anyone else!

After a chimney fire last evening which was promptly sorted by the amazing fire service, I contacted Richard first thing this morning. Within 2 hours the chimney for my wood burner was swept & smoke tested. Fantastic service, knowledgeable & courteous, very happy to recommend.

Richard cleared a serious blockage on my wood burner in the summer and did a fantastic job- apparently it was one of the worst he had seen!! Came back today to give another clean and it now draws amazing. Very friendly chap and I think very reasonable- would definitely recommend

R.A.Clarke Chimney Sweep
Second time we've had Richard clear our chimney. A year ago there was a huge mass of birds nest material (see photos). All cleared. Chimney working fine.. A year later a similar massive amount of nest material - seems impossible the birds (jackdaws?) could have done so much in one year - we are talking 3 large black rubbish sacks full of sticks mud, moss and - believe it or not - tangled ariel cable..We are getting a bird protection mesh fixed now. Richard did a fine job clearing up both times. Happy to have the chimney done by Richard again next year - hopefully without the nest.

Very thorough. We had a badly and I mean badly tarred up chimney and it took a long time to clear but he kept going until it was clear. Also very clean no mess would not use anyone else accept Richard

I called R.A.Clarke Chimney Sweep my wood burner had been leaking smoke and I could smell tar in living room. Richard Swept the flue removing a large amount or tar and soot . He advised me the wood burner needed a new rope as the old one was in very poor condition. Once the new rope was on Richard smoke tested the wood burner and it was air tight and safe to use . Such a professional service . Richard was patient and i highly recommend R.A.Clarke Chimney Sweeping . Lin Secretan
