Very unprofessional, had hair in my brownie. Emailed and messaged them on Instagram and was ignored. Left a review on tiktok to which they removed the product and re-uploaded it deleting the review. It's disgusting how they are blatantly ignoring it and won't even respond to mistakes they've made. Don't buy from them.

I’ve never bought anything from TikTok… I saw makes by mega and thought their stuff looked good, so have them a go….I was not disappointed at all! Ordered Saturday delivered Tuesday morning.. probably the best brownie I have ever eaten! Me and the wife cut two in half and shared them… Cadbury caramel brownie was amazing and so was the biscoff brownie!! We have more to eat but I will 100% be buying again.

Ordered the cookie pizza box on a Wednesday night and it came on the Saturday morning which I was impressed with. I’ve tried them all so far apart from the biscoff one and can honestly say all of them have probably been some of the nicest foods I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend. £12 all together which I’m more than happy to pay because they taste amazing and £4 delivery but as I’m in the midlands and it came from Scotland still quite reasonable again.

Parcel was sent with the wrong information on (no house number or house name) so never actually received the parcel. Asked for a refund because of this and was told it was my fault as I didn’t attach the right information (the same information that’s saved to my phone and that’s been used to buy well over 10 parcels with no issue) so been charged without anything to show for it. The UK isn’t short of businesses like this I’d recommend shopping somewhere else.
