Great little launderette at the bottom of Manchester road. Only visited to use the tumble dryers. A little expensive in my opinion at 50p for 5 minute, Still it's convenient. The have a selection a washing machines and also offer service wash.

Used this place on three different occasions ...First time was really good quick and effectiveSecond and third times the clothes were moulded smelly and stained whites had not been separatedTalked to the owner about my concerns and how I would like them washed ot separated ...Instead he exempted me from using services ....typical ... they run a buisness that should be built on customer service ... but when the customer talks about service they react the opposite way ...Well good riddence to you too ....Wouldn't advice this place unless you want your clothes ruined

Our washer broke down, couldn't get fixed for a week so needed these guys. Convenient, friendly, very helpful, clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend.

This launderette is now under new management. Staff are mostly friendly. I think training staff would be helpful. Besides, it is a very good launderette because it offers service wash.

Really impressed! Incredible service. I took a big rug in that we honestly thought was ready for the bin and now it’s as good as new! So grateful!

My experience at City wash Preston, was indeed very good, clean and spacious area, nice smell and very nice and welcoming staff.I definitely recommend.

Not a lot of machines or dryers but enough. Very helpful fella who transferred washing to dryer and then into basket when dry. Does service washes as well. Great little launderette right on edge of town.

I've used City Wash services and the 'washing' was as expected, but the 'customer service' was horrible. I was promised one day service that was extended to two days, and when I asked why, the gentleman there was confrontational! If he apologised for missing the deadline, I would've accommodated. Won't use this place again.

Brilliant polite friendly helpful staff member who was working there when I went it made me feel really comfortable about doing washing and made me feel at ease in how to worn the machines there
