Excellent service and would highly recomend Abbey Pets to anyone. Caring and thoughtful experience at a very bad time for myself. Thankyou for doing what you do and i will always be grateful.

These guys are just wonderful people, they made a really tough day that bit more bearable, even with my car emergency in the car park all i was shown was kindness and goodness. The service i received was competent, Professional, very good value for money and the casket I brought my boy home in was beautiful and well done. Thankyou so much I will absolutely recommend you to people and should the need arise in the future I definitely know where I will go.

Our rabbit of 13 years passed away at the weekend. We rang Abbey pets who couldn't have been more lovely. My 15 Yr old daughter was distraught as this was her rabbit and he had been with her most of her life. The lady put my daughter at ease and made her feel better about leaving him with them. The service was nothing but compassionate and professional. We would definitely recommend these lovely people at such a hard time of a pet passing

A massive thank you to both Richard and his wife Sandra for their swift and kind service, I unfortunately had to let my old faithful boy Kaiser go yesterday morning and I called Abbey Pets in good faith as I previously used them several years ago when I lost my last boy Buddy (I used them back in 2017 and they did me a great service just as much back then as they did today) So I am so grateful to them especially after today as Sandra called me to say Kaiser was ready to be collected.Again massive thanks to you both, honestly it's so nice to know he was treated with respect and that he's home now.5/5 (10/10) would highly recommend.

I unfortunately had to contact Abbey Pets after our Guinea Pig, Snoop passed away in the early hours of the morning. Abbey Pets answered and were very sympathetic and said they could collect our little man the next morning. They were on time for collection and bought him back home in his new, beautiful casket within just a few hours. The service has been exemplary and has made a hard time so much easier. I would recommend them to anybody in need and when the unfortunate time comes, we will use them again. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

Would not recommend this at all. My 13 year old dog passed of heart failure today and decided to call these on the good reviews. We called at 11pm as states 24 hours. We had woken the man up and he wasn’t happy.. he said it’s 11 pm and said we don’t do cremations at night so what did we want. Quite rude and not compassionate at all. As if our day wasn’t bad enough with our girl having heart attack in our arms at home.. we just wanted to know if we could take her there tonight.. we’re devastated and expected better. We now have to wait for the morning to find somewhere else.. I’ve had to rate 1 star purely to write a review..

My boy passed away on Friday and my wife and I talked about arrangements for him , I telephoned during the early hours and spoke with Richard and Sandra, we arranged for TJ to be collected Saturday morning and Richard was very understanding. I asked if TJ could be cremated with his small Teddy bear and that was fine. Sandra contacted me later in the afternoon and confirmed what I wanted engraved on his plaque and said she would call me when Richard was bringing TJ home . I received TJ this morning and was overwhelmed with the box and plaque and the kindness and compassion of Richard. I would definitely recommend Abbey Pets.they are very understanding and farely priced and professional

Genuinely lovely and caring service offered to us for our lab Bella who we had to say goodbye to. So professional and kind made an awful day a little easier. Highly recommend.
