Arranged a viewing with someone from this branch but it was really difficult to book something in - weren't flexible like other estate agents have been or willing to provide any type of solution. Furthermore, when i needed to re-arrange, the lady on the phone sighed and had an attitude! Poor service, won't be searching for a home with them.

Honestly Kelly and the girls are an absolute delight! They were helpful to no end even when our buyers were an absolute nightmare they remained professional throughout! I have just completed after a long daunting waiting process due to being on a chain. The overall service I have recieved from this branch has been fantastic.I would like to thank Megan, Morgan and Kelly for their efforts. They were very polite, attentive, professional and great people to deal with. Always answered and got back to me asapHowever, it was a total nightmare to deal with their recommended solicitors who seems to be fully incompetent at doing her job. So, I would advise any potential buyer/seller to avoid at any cost using that law firm

Paperwork is done quickly & efficiently to get the house on the market ASAP, even chase up the buyer solicitor to try & move things along..They helped via my son as I'm disabled & unwell to process the sale quickly as possible.
