Amazing customer service!These guys really go out of their way to ensure that everything goes smoothly which is massively helpful when we all know that moving can be a pain especially if you have a lot of stuff to move, would definitely recommend Titan and particularly the Poole depot, thanks guys very much appreciate all of your help awesome job.

Very good check in with everything explained really well. I was extremely relieved to find out they had trolley's to help transport my things to my lock up. Very clean and tidy would 100% recommend to anyone looking for storage.

Simon was the lovely chap that checked me in and he was so thorough and helpful. Couldn’t fault them! I do suggest a marauders map for the building though!

Neil at Titan storage in Poole has been incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. I am really pleased to have chosen them for storage as the facility is excellent with good security and all very clean. The sign in systems were all well explained, rates are good, as well as the choice of different size storage rooms. Parking at the facility is more than adequate and I would have no hesitation in recommending this storage facility.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful/ flexible on the day and we were given several different storage options. The whole process was seamless and made very easy. The actual facility is super clean with excellent security in place. I couldn’t be happier and will always choose Titan for any future storage.
