Been going here for years. You couldn't get more friendly and inviting staff if you tried. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable. They go above and beyond just to see you happy with your purchase. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

What a wonderful experience. I turned up at the shop without an appointment (having forgotten to book) and even though the shop was busy the lady who greeted me was so lovely. She said she would fit me in. She could tell at a glance what sized wig I needed and even though the two I liked in the window display were a bit too big she found a similar one in my petite size. She was efficient kind and caring (I wish I had asked her name).The ideal person and shop environment to be in when illness and / or a medical condition means a wig might be needed, especially as sometimes a person might have lost confidence through hair loss.

Visited this shop in March 2019.Had breast cancer and needed a wig whilst going through my chemo treatment.Staff was very good and full of lots of advise, saloon setting and private ( like being in a hair dressers.)Always going that excellent mile for each customer.Chemo patients need a nurse specialist referral to get a free NHS wig others can buy them all styles,colours etcGive it a visit .A very happy customer.

I have been this place today and a lovely lady greeted me with a kind smile . I was quite nervous about having my first wig. Having serious medical issues and on going treatments have already shaken my confidence. But all my fears just disappeared when Margret explained the whole process . She asked my priorities and helped me selecting my wig . She tried two wigs and I chose one . Which is absolutely lovely .Thanks Margret for this support

After being adamant I did not want a wig after radiotherapy and chemotherapy I was persuaded by my daughter and friend to just go and see what they were like. I visited the Newcastle store and from the moment we entered the shop I was made to feel welcome and comfortable.The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the quality of the wigs were amazing. They spent a lot of time choosing colours and styles that would suit me and showing me how to put them on correctly. They gave me the confidence boost I needed and I left the store wearing it. I can not thank theses ladies enough and would advise anyone who is considering a wig to visit this store. Thankyou x

What an absolutely lovely place. The ladies make you feel so comfortable. I'm new to this and still traumatized but left feeling much better. Would recommend to anyone suffering hairloss.

Well this was for me my worst nightmare. Purchasing a wig as my hair was dropping out big style. The staff and variety in this store were exceptional. I felt at ease with enough time to try many varieties. Their fitting and aftercare advise was very professional. I will probably need another wig and I will have no hesitation in returning. Fabulous ladies.
