My 5 year old Dyson had died. Googled mobile Dyson repairs & Derek's details appeared. Rang Derek. The following morning my machine was collected. I received a surprisingly reasonable estimate in a few hours & the Dyson returned to me by 4pm that day. Fully serviced, refurbished, cleaned & filters changed. Working like new. Superb.

I took my Dyson to Derek as it was losing power but it is quite old so I wasn't sure what could be done. He called me really quickly to let me know what he thought and was so honest regarding the cost to fix it, balanced with the age of it. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and I recommend him 100%.

Didn’t even want to look at our Dyson. Was told it was beyond repair, and told told to buy another one. Thankfully there is another independent Dyson service company that had it up and running at a very reasonable cost the same day.

Very efficient service. My Dyson was repaired in a couple of days. As well as fixing the broken part of my machine, when my machine was returned, it was so much quieter. I wouldn't hesitate to use again
