Can't recommend Mark enough.We discovered a huge damp problem in the front of our old but new to us caravan. After seeing all the good reviews on Google, I phoned Mark and I'm so pleased I did. He came out, had a look at what needed repairing (we'd stripped the front down to the shell, so it needed to be rebuilt) and gave us a very reasonable quote (other people had given us vastly different quotes from photos but Mark was the only person that took the time to have a look in person).While the caravan was in for repair Mark kept us updated with photos and answered all my questions. He was extremely helpful. He also did additional work for us (i asked him to replace the skylights, and we'd taken the old fridge out, Mark noticed and asked us if we'd like him to get a replacement fridge and install it for us). Nothing was too much trouble.Mark's work is second to none, our van looks better then new! He even matched the old discontinued wall covering as best as he could (if you didn't know it had been repaired you wouldn't tell!).I've included a photo of what the caravan was like when we passed it over to Mark, and the fantastic work that Mark has done on it. It's like a new caravan.I would deffinalty recommend Mark and if I ever have another issue with the caravan, I wouldn't hesitate to phone Mark.Thank you Mark for all your help and for doing such a fantastic job with the repair.

Very good service carried out by friendly, experienced and professional fitter.We had extensive damp in our motorhome above the crew cab, a trip to Premier Caravans and Motorhome repairs for a quote soon reassured me that they were very experienced and capable. They managed to get us booked in within days and kept us updated with photo's and text messages. Even after finding more damp behind the living area wall they still managed to complete the work to a high standard in 10days. Overall very happy with the quality of work and can happily recommend.

Fully recommend Premier. Very reasonable prices, no job too small. Very responsive to texts and call backs.Sorted us out last year when all electrics completely went on the caravan, this was after l contacted numerous people to help. He was the only one to call me back.Booked ithe caravan in for its service yesterday plus another couple of jobs. Back the same day. Great job Mark. We will definitely be coming back.

Highly recommended. I took our VW T5 to Mark at Premier Caravan & Motorhome in Redditch, with a number of issues, (leaking pop-top roof / solar panel, duff leisure batt, leaking side door window, no leisure batt charger installed when hooked up & rear door strutts issue). Mark was hugely helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. Took the van in the next day and he managed to fix and sort everything out, double quick time & for a very reasonable cost. Easter trip will now be sorted! Thanks Mark.

What can I say? Mark is a super star! Our caravan had a terrible dry rot problem all on the back. He replaced all the rotted boards, fitted me a new toilet and even wallpapered the bathroom when he had finished boarding it! He also fitted a new tap, window seals and external vent cover. He tested everything to make sure it worked correctly. It restores your faith in human nature when you find someone trustworthy. I would recommend Mark for any of your caravan/motorhome needs. I know I will be using him for years to come.

Struggling to recommend this place.Mark has had my campervan for 8 months...we had an agreement of it being a longer restoration over Winter which I was grateful of. However I now feel fobbed off and feel the quote given for the work to be completed is basically covering a very expensive storage charge....I have asked 3 times for photo updates... still waiting.Very disappointed as little to no communication from Mark unless I initiate it.Mark has gone above and beyond helping me with my campervan which I unknowingly bought with MANY issues. He has kept in regular contact with updates and helped with advice and support on how to deal with the non-mechanical issues. Would definitely recommend Mark and his services.Cant thank him enough!

Don't normally do reviews but felt compelled to after seeing the results of what Mark has done for us. Our van was looking tired and old and he has done a full service and machine polish and it looks and feels new again. Have total confidence pulling the van now for the rest of the season knowing it has been expertly serviced. As someone else has said in their review I don’t normally do reviews but Mark at Premier Caravan repairs did such a brilliant job - not just in repairing the crack that had appeared in the rear roof panel of my caravan but in managing to fit me in within two days. The crack was discovered on Sunday morning, contact by email to Mark in the afternoon and by 9pm Mark had shuffled his work load so the repair could be done Tuesday (we were due on holiday in the caravan on the Wednesday).Mark’s enthusiasm and professionalism is outstanding.

Service and MOT completed efficiently and without a problem. Went the extra mile by cleaning our motorhome, including inside the engine compartment. Excellent service and definiteely recommend.
