I recently visited Watches of Switzerland and regret to express my dissatisfaction with the level of customer service provided. The staff appeared uninformed about the products and was unhelpful in addressing my inquiries. Surprisingly, they lacked knowledge about the current offers listed on the official website, which added to the overall disappointment.The staff's apparent disinterest and inability to assist made my experience uncomfortable. In contrast, I found a more satisfactory service at an alternative store, where the staff was knowledgeable and attentive.I hope this feedback contributes to enhancing the service standards at Watches of Switzerland.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service from Aaron and the lovely Shemar! I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Aaron to source and attain a watch I had been longing for. I cannot express how delighted I am with the level of service and dedication Aaron provided throughout the entire process. Shemar was also a pure delight and was the helpful voice on the phone that helped us make an appointment to come and see Aaron. (She also makes a hot chocolate to die for)!I have been on the waiting list with WOS for over 2 years waiting for a watch I have wanted and after being on the call and Aaron looking into my profile, he arranged an appointment for me.From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile, and it was clear that Shemar was genuinely wanting to help us. Aaron was genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect watch. Aaron's knowledge of the timepieces available was truly impressive, and he took the time to listen to my preferences and requirements.What sets Aaron apart is his exceptional attention to detail. He not only found the exact watch I had in mind but also provided valuable insights into the brand, its history, and the craftsmanship that goes into each piece. Aaron made sure I understood every aspect of the watch I was buying, ensuring I was making an informed decision. I've been a dedicated client of the Brent Cross store for an impressive five-year journey. Since the very beginning, my interactions with Aaron, an exceptional AD, amazes me each time with his professional expertise/knowledge and remarkable customer service. Aaron undoubtedly ranks as the foremost in his role. A heartfelt shout-out also goes to the remarkable team comprising Ashok, Basit, Teddy, and Sebastian, who consistently provide the greatest service. It's become evident that demonstrating patience with this extraordinary team is the path to a truly gratifying watch-buying experience.

The level of service provided at Watches of Switzerland Brent Cross was second to none. I was served by Christian Hutchison who was extremely professional, listened patiently, explained in detail and concluded succinctly. His approach led inevitably to a sale and a most memorable experience. One hundred percent effort was made to understand what I wanted and the delivery was remarkably efficient. The involvement of the store manager, Ashok, in the final stages of the sale was most respectful. My brief interaction with the other staff at the store was equally pleasant. I would highly recommend the store for anyone looking for a most delightful and professional approach.

Teddy made me feel like royalty, all the while being friendly. Very often you can get intimidated by the luxurious design of the store, but he made it all so comfortable. Bought a lovely Cartier watch and it was a memorable day!

This was my first visit to this branch yesterday. I went in to get a strap adjustment done.Sebastian was very professional and engaging. He showed me a watch to consider for my next purchase and spoke passionately about them.He was interested in asking about my own “small” watch collection and made me feel very valued.I don’t normally leave reviews but had to give a huge shoutout to Sebastian!

Wanted to write a review a while ago ,but simply had no time. Was extremely disappointed how Nadiya treated me. I been told by her I can't be Brent Cross customer because someone else (AD)linked to my account, apparently her manager gave her that information. So I went to Bond street and Canary wharf stores instead and was able to purchase 3 Rolex watches last year and they didn't care anout who or what linked to my account. Won't recommend this store unfortunately and definitely won't go there againI would like to say thank you to Charmaine for her amazing support,understanding, high quality work and based on that I will change my review from one star to four!
