Midland Preservation
Had a full damp course from midland preservation, it's been a long drawn out affair as requested from ourselves, being part of a large refurbishment ,but each time I called to say I was ready for the next stage they came promptly. Each set of guys were professional.The boss explained things clearly then the plasterers came (cleared up too) the final finish was excellent and the carpenter ,the last stage,was so nice he gave me a quick carpentry lesson! Highly recommended

Great job just completed by Nick from Midlands Preservation, replacement for some rotten joists and floorboards in the suspended ceiling above the cellar. Nick was very friendly and professional. Even returning after a week to fit the skirting, which they sourced to match original. Workmanship is great and everything left clean and tidy. Thank you!

We are very pleased with the work that Nick did converting our cellar into a utility space. He was friendly and professional and was very helpful in answering all of our many questions throughout the process. We are very happy with the finished product and have since recommended family members to contact Glenn to have Midland Preservation convert their cellar as well.
