Wish I could give minus zero star as they do NOT even deserve one. Tried to report a concern a while ago and was met with the RUDEST lady I have EVER encountered over the phone, NO joke and I have dealt with some difficult companies and organizations on the phone over the years, this one was the worst no question at all, no hesitation, the worst phone call I have ever made! It's actually stuck with me and if I think anyone is being difficult or rude over the phone, I just remember 'stay energy safe' and the sun shines out of their bums!. She pretty much told me that the individual who was doing the theft had to report themselves! I don't know where they dig these people up from. I pity this lady's family if she's like that with them, mind you treating people like that she is probably very lonely and deserves a bit of sympathy!Enough to make even the most stoical soul's blood boil and I was only on the phone for about 30 seconds!.

A brilliant service as you can report any concerns you have anonymously. Playing with meters is very dangerous and this service could save lives.

I called up to report energy theft and the guy with am irish accent asked me why I'm calling this number why don't I call my provider I said I Did and they gave me information about this company. He said well we are third party so I'm not sure why you would call us. Asked me my name and were I lived spoke to me like I was a complete idiot. Disgusting customer service wish I took his name. I already and upset having my electric stolen last thing I need is to be made to feel stupid for calling a company who supposedly deal with this type of issue.Wrong so wrongCustomer satisfaction training is needed. Their guy was rude
