I tried this company 2yrs ago to fix / replace an old oven timer. The issue didn't get resolved. I used them recently to fix a washing machine that wasn't draining. I couldn't fault their service. I'll be using them again.

After being quoted a lot of money for a faulty dishwasher diagonosis and repair if possible by the manufacturer EDAS were quick to listen, send somebody out and sort out at half the price. Would recommend.

The engineer came to look at a faulty valve. Said he wasn't able to be certain what needed to be replaced so suggested I get a Bosch engineer. When the Bosch Engineer arrived and started to look at the problem, he pointed out that the handle on the washing machine was also broken, this was previously fine, so now I have a significantly larger bill!!!

Left two voice messages, never replied.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are not interested in repairing, just charging to tell you your machine is broken.I engaged this company to look at my broken washing machine. They promptly came to my home and diagnosed a faulty motor they took my £25. They then failed (repeatedly) to provide me with a quote to repair the washing machine, although they'd said that the £25 would contribute to paying the cost of the repair. Despite repeated attempts to get a quote, I'm told that they can't find the spare part (although a 5 minute internet search was all it took for me). To add insult to injury, I've since had someone else look at the machine, who repaired a faulty control board, not motor!
