Took the missus's car here for it's MOT. Perfectly positioned by a garage to buy a newspaper, or a public house for those who enjoy a lemonade, while nervously waiting for a potentially damning certificate.Fortunately, my wife had her dates fuddled so the MOT was due the next month. They called and rearranged with a new appointment once they realised and were very jovial as I awkwardly returned to retrieve my wife's car.

£400 Spend, The car parts had been replaced in good time so I had confidence that it was safe and much better. The only down side was the camber which could not get to green and the light still on the dash.

Fabulous staff. Extremely helpful and go the extra mile. My car was quite poorly and I asked them to take a look at it when it was booked in for a MOT. They fixed it and when I was told that the price included labour I nearly fell over because it was so reasonable.Cannot rate them highly enough and will not hesitate to take my car there or recommend them to others. A very happy customer.

Last time I had my MOT here it was fine but this time they failed it because one of the suspension struts was missing the nut, it wasn’t missing it was loose, they told me I had to take it elsewhere and that I couldn’t drive it to another garage, they were absolutely no help, just laziness, couldn’t even be arsed to do any work to the vehicle so I could pass my MOT, I won’t come back here. Tbh its my own fault for coming back because last year it wasn’t until I came in that they told me that they can only MOT a car as they don’t do service and MOTs which is a flat out lie.

The customer service was appalling. I have specifically asked the garage to call me when the test was done: it didn’t happen.I have called the garage asking for a quote twice on the day only to hear that they will call back by the end of the day. They didn’t. Not the next day, not the day after. My wife was told that someone from the garage gave me the quote over the phone: they didn’t.The appointment time was moved without telling me that it happened.We are thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service.

Having previously visited three other garages (not Kwik Fit) to get my tyres balanced, I frustratingly ordered new tyres as I thought there was a defect in the tyres as my car vibrated over certain speeds. I had had new front tyres fitted about 5 months ago. Rob the manager recommended that they do a 4-wheel balancing first to determine if the settings were off. Surprisingly, this solved the issue and my car no longer vibrates. Rob saved me unnecessarily spending money.

Had a problem with my tyre pressures and warning light. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly and helpful. Sorted the problem straight away with no charge. Will definitely be the place i go in the future

I visited Kwik Fit to get my wheel alignment checked, post completing wheel alignment on Monday, I still feel my car moving towards left and alignment of wheels is not right. I have booked another appointment to get this checked, hopefully i will not be charged for my 2nd appointment (rebooked within 1 day of 1st service)
