This really isn't a one star review it should be zero. Avoid this one man band unless you want to end up in the same mess as we did. Shocking quality of finish to the external of our home (see photos). When asked for remedial work, would only do this if paid! Some of the issues were - condenser unit located too high on the wall, unit plugged in via a 13amp plug top, (short cut to avoid fitting a fused spur), no trunking discussed or fitted and subsequently denied black finish trunking was available (which it readily is). This mess cost us an extra 30% to get a reputable company to remedy the installation. County Court judgement awarded in our favour.

We contacted Mike to fit out mine, and my parents homes with aircon due to not having access to gas heating - and plug in radiators were getting expensive to run. Mike did an excellent job on both our homes, we’ve had them in for nearly 3 months and having the cooling has been brilliant, but most importantly we can see how much cheaper our heating bill is vs what it was with electric heaters. Very clean work and the systems have worked flawlessly so far. Highly recommend. We are considering adding another unit next summer to another part of the house, and will be sure to contact Mike for that.

Mike was friendly and professional from the word go.We explained what we would like and he pointed out the cheaper way to do it that would still do everything we wanted.His time keeping and work is in my opinion second to none he arrives on time and just gets on with it no mess no fuss ...just good workmanship .He is probably the tidiest workman I've ever had in my house with little to no mess despite walls being drilled etc very little hoovering was required afterwards. He is organised and methodical and inspires confidence. If you are thinking of anything a/c related I can honestly hand on heart have no hesitation in making a recommendation to use this company

Thank you Mike for recently installing three Mitsubishi inverter units additional to units fitted several years ago. I was pleased with Mike's service from initial inquiry (he called back and not all firms I contacted did), through to installation. I had a single unit installed in the attic with room to expand to another room in the future. Mike considered my requirements and advised on the most suitable options available, he thanked me for my inquiry and then provided a quote. We agreed and Mike was able to proceed quickly, working to install around some family commitments.Quality of install is good, and it was hard going at times, weather and some very solid bricks! Mike returned to fit a WiFi adapter as promised.Pleased with responsiveness, quality of workmanship and openness to discussion RE installation which was really important to me.
