Anwell Veterinary Centre

Took both my cats for annual boosters back in June during pandemic. Queued up in car park with others and staff came out after a short while and collected the cats to take inside the practice. Came out when finished and took payment in car park. Staff then answered my queries and ensured the cats vaccination books were documented. Uncertain whether they were knowledgeable about Ragdoll cats weights but said one was overweight but I know his weight is normal for that breed. Was happy with the safety procecures put in place but as we had only just changed vets it was daunting to leave them and not be able fo accompany them inside but this is understandable given the circumstances. I'm not sure if they send reminders out for next boosters but I have it noted for this June. Happy to recommend.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff, even though they were really busy when I visited with my rabbit they still found the time to make my first trip to a new vets as smooth and well as possible. After bad experiences with our previous vet, it was definitely appreciated. Would definitely recommend them!

A wonderful & dedicated set of vets, nurses & staff. Nothing is too much trouble.

We've been with Anwell for a few years now. Gladly not had to visit too many times, but when we have the team have been amazing. We order food through them, they remind us when our dog needs her flea & worming meds, and after a recent illness where she had to stay in on a drip they really looked after her and got her back up to speed in no time. Easy to get hold of and helpful if you need anything.

Appointments on time are a challenge...it takes about 1 hour for each visit with pet. Some docs are really good and knowledgeable. Others do not instill confidence in treatment, I mean they tell about all extreme scenarios which is generally a low possibility for your pet. Parking is a challenge here. Still I always go there as the receptionist is ploite and they are near to my home.

My kitten was really sick and we called this vet hoping they could fit us in. They gave us an appointment which we were grateful for as it was very last minute! The vet was excellent, he gave us advice and recommendations and was so kind and caring to my little kitty. Safe to say we will be using Anwell from now on. Thank you!

Sadly had to call time on our nearly 17years old Jack Russell, Tia. I was unhappy with the vet we used in Caterham & called Anwell's, they were very helpful & accommodating & showed great compassion & care, with our Tia & us, I'm grateful.
