Very poor service from these guys, don’t reply back to their customers, can’t communicate with other solicitors. I’ve no idea how they have provided such a positive experience for other people. Shameful that it’s the directors who don’t seem to reply either, little hope their staff have to follow.

Shelsea and her team (Victoria, Charlotte, Phil) has been fantastic all the way through.We were selling and buying a property and they have kept me up to date with the progress through the app which is very good.I have called the office a number of times and my call is always returned very promptly.We are completely this week and i'm very confident that they won't be any issues.

Avoid at all costs! I could write an essay on how poor this Co. was but I do not want to bore you. Phillip May, wow, so rude & obnoxious but did not have the expertise to forward think & apply for crucial documentation. Instead just sat back & allowed himself to be taken by surprise when the documents were requested. As I say if he had the expertise he says he has why did he not forward think this. Documents that took weeks upon weeks to acquire from developers! Beyond shocking how bad this firm was as a whole. It seemed as though once he was exposed as the culprit of this School boy error the case was then dealt with by Shelsea who did not offer not much improvement whatsoever. If you have time to waste dragging this process out far longer than necessary & more stress than you can imagine then go with these guys. If you want to get on with your life & deal with people who are competent & do indeed have expertise in this field then avoid this firm.Firstly I never stated I was a client, but I did have direct interaction with your Co for a number of months through you representing my buyer of which you acknowledged in your response therefore I believe my review is valid.Secondly the rude obnoxious manner of Mr May I mentioned relates to an email he sent on 1st Apr to my solicitor regarding a loft conversion that never existed. I have the email and it was rude, obnoxious, unnecessary & unprofessional.If Google decide my review doesn't adhere to their rules then that's their decision to make.

Very happy with the service provided by Apex Law! Athia Fariq was very professional and helpful during the whole process! We have been kept up to date with any information and also received great advice for the future! Highly recommend!!

Shocking experience. Would never recommend. Kept telling me that I needed a Deed of variation signed by another company that had nothing to do with my house. I told them over and over again that we did not have to but Phil May knew better. I had to get a letter from the company to say they have nothing to do with my house. Apex did not ever consider this approach or even try and get anything resolved. We almost lost the sale of the house due to this. Phil May was supposed to be on the case but we heard very little from him and was very hard to get hold of.The stress of having to work with Apex law was shocking and would not recommend to anyone.Good luck to anyone that has to deal with them.

Ismail Gozde and assistants Katie and Jane of Apex law dealt with the process of selling my late relatives house. All went according to plan in a timely and professional manner. Communications were easy and always friendly and supportive.we were contacted directly by Katie as exchange and completion dates were at short notice for our agreement and signatures. we would recommend them to anyone who wants a stress free service.

Fast responses to all queries we raised. Actively chased the chain for a smooth and timely transaction. App to track progress was helpful. Very positive experience, would recommend and use again.

Calm and efficient. Phil May and his team did their best for us during some difficult moments during our Conveyancing. Thankyou. We finally got to our new home.

I can’t give 5 ⭐️ as my purchase is not through yet but few initial conversations with Ismail and Jane have given me very positive vibe and it makes me feel more optimistic with the process and purchase. They listen to my queries and concerns, and explain things clearly. Once all is done (fingers crossed) will definitely write another review. Thanks Ismail & Jane :)

They did get the job done, but there were several points of little to no communication, including the other sides solicitor being able to keep us better informed! Frustrating on our part, but unprofessional when refusing to update our mortgage brokers throughout- up to and on the day of sale also. Wouldn't recommend.
