My sons x box stopped working and we couldnt find anyone to help until we contacted steve. Not only did he expertly diagnose the problem but steve kept us updated on all the options and how long it would take. He explained everything that was done to make to xbox as good as new and we are incredibly pleased with the outcome.His customer service is fantastic and extremely reasonable with prices for parts and labour. I cant recommend his services highly enough and if anything goes wrong with our Switch or laptop hes the first person ill contact for advice. 10 out of 10

Awesome service from Steve - nearly bought a new Xbox as I thought mine was ready for the bin but found this guy from a quick google search and got it sorted quickly for less than £60! Thanks again!
