Travelled all the way up from Eastbourne to visit a property and travelled back down in one day. Called numerous times for updates and even visited the branch to ask when a decision would be made. The amount of times I was promised a call back and it never happened. The guy in the office when I visited did not seem interested. I then chased them up myself again to be told the property I spent over 11 hours travelling to and from had been given to someone else. Not even an apology for the lack of communication. If you want to deal with a company that will waste your time and show no interest in your requirements, Kimmitt Lettings is ideal! One thing I will say as I’ll always give credit where credit is due the guy who met us at the house to do the viewing was great!

I have rented a property through Kimmitt Lettings for three years and I cannot fault the service I have received. I was fortunate to not have any major issues; however, I did have problems with my boiler, this was reported to Kimmitt Lettings and the issue was dealt with immediately, resulting in a brand-new boiler. Whilst waiting for this to be fitted, they supplied me with a temporary oil radiator - which I was very grateful for. Any issues or queries I have had, there has always been someone on the other end of the phone to speak with me and deal with these promptly. Anne-Marie was my point of contact throughout my tenancy and she always went above and beyond for me. It has been a pleasure to rent from Kimmitt Lettings, I can only comment on my own experience, but I can't pick no faults. First class service, great communication, dealt with issues ASAP, professional and courteous staff. My keys were returned on the Saturday, the check out inspection was conducted on the Thursday and I received my deposit back a few days later. Superb turn-around!!
