gutted that the King size bed was left downstairs as delivery team would not attempt to take it upstairs. couldn't carry it alone

Absolutely fantastic service from this company from start to finish. Sales team at the crown point star were absolutely amazing. Five star customer service from ‘Amr’ who was able to rearrange my delivery, due to an issue on my side. Fantastic delivery team who were respectful of the property and carry the bed up the flight of stairs. Very happy with my super king bed.

Went in store as a friend was looking for a particular mattress unfortunately they don’t sell it, the store manager said the mattresses I’m looking for is the worst one going and she had one and it broke (obviously a lie just wanted a sale) she was extremely forceful in to trying to get my friend to buy the eve mattresses when he doesn’t want it and then began to call us “know it alls” because we didn’t like her attitude or terrible advise! Terrible staff and management all round worst experience I’ve had even asked what’s the point coming into a store when we know everything. Shame she couldnt get off her seat and talk with us in a normal manner, fat and lazy doesn’t want to know and has no customer service skills at all.

Lovely experience buying a silentnight bed. Plenty of time to browse uninterupted, and then an assistant asked us if we needed help,we did. The assistant was knowledgable,efficient and polite. We decided to buy then.

Great mattress! Friendly and helpful delivery. Only minor problem was no call prior to arrival which meant I wasn't aware how far away they were but for me that wasn't the biggest problem.

The driver Barry and drivers mate Phil was very attentive, carefull, excellent job, delivery my wardrobe in perfect conditions. Thank you so much per your support and help.

Our experience at Benson's for beds was that we had a good laugh with the staff they were polite, friendly and the lady that talked to us about what we needed in a Mattress was very informative, then showed us a wide range of what would be the best for us and left us to choose for ourselves.
