Tae a Moose were an excellent service. Came out promptly, explained everything fully and dealt with our mouse problem. Would highly recommend.

Phoned Tae A Moose about lunchtime on discovery of 2 wasp nests in our garden hut. I spoke to Vikki, she told me that they could help me and gave me info and cost. Vikki said Brian was at another Job at present but would call in and remove the wasp nests. About 90 minutes later Brian arrived and removed both wasp nests quickly & efficiently. Great communication from Vikki and speedy service from Brian. Will definitely use again if need arises.

Excellent and professional service from Tae A Moose to deal with a nesting squirrel problem. Brian responded swiftly from our first contact and Vikki kept good communications with us until the issue was solved. They explained everything clearly and really cared about how it was affecting everyday life as well as ensuring a humane removal where possible. Great value for money, with helpful advice to prevent the problem in future too.

A garden shed which contained a large heap of old wood turned out also to contain a great deal of animal mess - thought perhaps to be a mix of some creature's winter food store and maybe droppings. Uncertain whether clearing the 'droppings' might be risky to our health, I engaged Tae A Moose to clear the shed and disinfect it. As well as doing that, Brian also moved the junk wood etc some distance for me. He worked hard and was friendly throughout. I was very happy with what he did and thought the charge was reasonable. I would certainly employ him again.The three pictures (which Google seems to have re-ordered after I uploaded them) show the main heap of wood (& trolley & old table) & mess before he started, a close-up of some of the feed/droppings, and the cleared shed.

We had a wasp's nest at the front and they came out same day at the agreed time, all arranged through Vikki who was very helpful. Brian was very knowledgeable and explained a little about their behaviours and what to observe. We asked him to check the rest of our house and immediately a second wasp's nest was spotted at the back of the house. All dealt with very quickly, with a guarantee on the work. Fair price and very friendly service from phone call through to treatment. Highly recommended!

Tae A Moose were great. Came out and were punctual to the time agreed. Did a thorough inspection, gave advice, did not push expensive solutions, but gave effective simple next actions for Rat/Squirrel prevention. I would highly recommend them.

Tae a Moose came out to deal with rats who were getting into the house. They got rid of the rats and gave me a full professional report to highlight what needed done to seal the house. They've been great to deal with, professional and quick. I highly recommend them.
