After a failed visit from DynaRod for a blocked toilet on a Friday night I got in touch with Nick at CityBlock on the Saturday morning and he came within 2 hours. Toilet unblocked so it could be used immediately and then I used CityBlock to return for investigation and a valve replacement the following week. Great communication, always answers or replies quickly. Arrives on time and work is fully explained and fairly priced. I will continue to use Nick and his team and would definitely recommend.

Had a leaking washing machine from bad installation from Curry’s. Nick was called out by my insurance company. He came round quickly was incredibly helpful. Identified the problem stopped the leak, repaired it and showed me what to do if anything like that happened again. Highly recommend him.

Nicky as always was straightforward, efficient and got the job done. Minimal fuss, clear communication, decent pricing and no excuses. Very unusual these days. I had 2 blocked upstairs sinks with restricted access and a joined downpipe. Nicky problem solved with my bathroom fitter and put in place an access solution to pipe for future clearing if needed. Just intelligent.

Fast, friendly, and professional. We had an issue caused by another plumber and Nick has not only done a great job at fixing the problem but also unlocked a drain that seemed unblockable. All the while being friendly and professional. We also had Nick install a new waste disposal, which he did quickly and without any hassle or admin on our end. Great service and will certainly call again!

Nick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He discovered that I needed a new macerator and he suggested the one that he thought would be best and explained why, he then arranged a second visit where he brought it along and fitted it for me. All work was done efficiently and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. His rates were very reasonable too.I was very happy with his service and would definitely recommend him to anyone.
