I’ve been to acoustic boutique to get my H9i’s and ear buds for them and a case for them they are always helpful and knowledgeable about the product the staff are so friendly and helpful

Brilliant- Would 100% buy from them again. I visited Acoustic Boutique on the 8th November with my mother as she had for a while been looking at speakers and stereos to play records. Apart from doing some research we are far from experts. We were greeted in store by Tina and straight away she was able to decipher what the best options would be for my mother. We went with an entry level budget and they had a variety of options available. I have to say Tina was fantastic at sticking to the budget although my mother not so much. Anyway mom found exactly what she wanted and we sent a few photos of the record player to determine whether it required a pre amp. We ordered and everything was ready to pick up by the Saturday I pulled up outside and they carried it to the car for me. We had the Ruark R5and the additional Multi Room speaker Ruark MRX. The sound is wonderful and we have a very happy mother. Thank you so much!!

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable on the item we were looking at. Gave us plenty of time to test with our own music, 27 snippets of tracks in fact! Never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase. We did buy in the end, the item was ordered and we were contacted when the item was in store. Would definitely recommend

I like this shop. A great range of audio and visual entertainment centres, set out so that you can appreciate the high quality of what you are viewing or listening to. Well informed and helpful staff. If I had more money I could purchase some of their lovely kit, but most times I have to call in to enjoy the luxurious ambiance, and then go home to dream. Ah well!

Really helpful, very knowledgeable and a very very good selection of some very nice pieces of audio and visual equipment. Recommended if you are in Shrewsbury.

I was not feeling welcome there. The store is closing at 5pm and the guy there was rushing me out at 4 pm after just 15 minutes of stay.I will never go back there... If i go there undecided 3 times in one year is too much for you. Yes lets say it was 20 minutes stay.. I didnt knew is a limit.Last time you lied telling me that ruark r5 is limited stock and is selling fast... Not realy... You have very cheap marketing technics .. Was still there after 6 months. Probably because im not a british was your attitude so disrespectful. No customers waiting there. Was no reason for rushing me out only if u probably are a racist. You are the owner and make your own rules.. For that i give 1 star.

We recently purchased a wall mount for our Loewe TV. Wayne proved to be extremely helpful in the task and went above and beyond to make sure that what we received was the correct product.We thoroughly recommend the shop for its customer service.

Brought our B&0 speaker today I emailed them a few weeks ago and they saved it for me and chased it up with and email as forgot to come in. Great service, very knowledgeable friendly. We brought our Rurak here few years ago. Never hesitiate to come here when we want to buy equipment here as rather speak and see the product then buy online.
