My son came in for his first shave. He had an unforgettable experience! Clean shaven and massaged. I had a beard trim that actually made me look dignified. Super impressed with the skills and service. Excellent teamwork here.

My wife said she wants to go to them herself for the facial treatment and shoulder/arm message she witnessed. She liked the haircut too! Top shelf service!

The place is clean, was offered tea, and barbers are generally skilful. Had the haircut, and was surprised that I was charged £2 extra because I asked for a modification. I've never had that happening to me -- usually it's a fixed price until I'm a 100% happy with the haircut. Quite unreasonable and discourteous, especially as I was a first time customer so there's bound to be some back and forth.So unless you're confident the barber will get it 100% first time, be prepared to pay an extra £2.

I visited Dylan’s barbers recently for a skin fade and beard trim. Upon arrival I received a friendly greeting and was offered Turkish tea several times.I received a great skinfade, however I was a little disappointed when having my beard trim. This was my second visit within a month. The first time they trimmed my beard they used shaving cream before using the blade. However, unfortunately when I visited most recently they did not use this. Because of this I have an irritated and cut face. I would have expected a consistent service with the use of shaving cream on both visits.Overall, despite the disappointment with the beard trim I was generally pleased with the service.

Visiting Bath for a few days and needed to sort my trim out, found Dylan’s whilst walking around and saw the good reviews they have online.Staff were all friendly and instantly offered me a drink, great customer service and a very competitive price considering the location.Will definitely return here in future!

I visited here when i was on school trip and i found this barbershop they was busy i gave a try and i wasnt dissapointed.I wish i had this barber at back home! Brilliand skinfade and very friendly stafff!Thanks Dylan

Been getting my hair cut here for the past 3 years. There is a guy who usually sweeps up hair and makes the tea for the other barbers/ customers. Well today this guy cut my hair. Poor clipper technique, went around in circles with them on the top of my head, did not understand a word I had said and just did what he wanted. The main barber was favouring certain customers, liaising via text when he would be free. £18 for the privilege. Won’t be going back here again
