If you enjoy pottering or walking around the most amazing gardens then this is amazing. Beautifully maintained, well thought out with interesting twists and turns to different style garden areas. Well worth a visit esp with the cafe and farm shop you can make a lovely relaxing day out.

A jewel in the Purbecks, worth a visit for the cafe and the gardens. The gift shop has a broad collection of items as gifts or food stuff for your own needs. Also some unique items for the grandchild such as this book.

The gardens are accessible via the garden centre. Unfortunately the ground was quite wet when we visited, so not so easy for folk walking, but lovely, especially for this time of the year. There's still tons of colour, and plenty to see. £6 each, so reasonably priced, with very seperate areas. The theatre area looked great fun, and posters suggested that there are summer shows here which would be a very different experience. The garden centre restaurant was well priced with good choices. No height barrier at the carpark.

A lovely garden centre with lots of flowers to choose from. The gardens attached are beautiful with stunning borders and wildlife areas. Lots of seating arranged around the gardens so plenty of places to rest while you enjoy the butterflies, birds and bees. There's a cafe on site and plenty of parking.

Holme for Gardens is a very well laid out garden centre. Beautiful healthy plants. There is a shop, stocking house plants, seeds and gifts. The gardens cafe have a well stocked range of cakes as well as a variety of hot and cold food. The most relaxing seating area in side and out I've every been to. The seating area around the pond is a must. Watching the fish in the pond is very relaxing as well as surprising, the size of the fish for one. Holme has a garden to walk round, you will have to pay £6, it is worth it. Dogs are welcome on leads. The farm shop is very well stocked with local fresh produce, and again well worth a visit. This has become one of our favourite place to visit at a weekend for a stroll and bit to eat.

Very friendly and informative manner on the phone and on site and all staff were very helpful. A large selection of good quality plants to choose from at reasonable prices. We joined the loyalty card system as we will definitely be back.We found the perfect olive tree we'd been searching for, with many to choose from. Excellent!

Went to the garden centre and paid £6 to look around the grounds. Thought it was well worth the money and had some lovely features and was still blooming with Dalia's amongst other plants. Would love to come back and see the butterfly walk in the early summer. Well worth a visit if you have time and are visiting the garden centre.

Absolutely excellent garden centre and stunning garden set in great countryside a few miles from Wareham on the road to Lulworth. Lovely cafe with extensive seating both indoors and around an extremely pretty pond. Well stocked and competitively priced farm shop and general garden shop. However, the real star is the extensive adjoining garden. Partly laid out as a formal garden and partly as a wildflower haven for insects and wildlife, it really is a superb place to visit and well worth the entry fee (currently £6 per visit or £22 for a March/October season ticket). In July, when we visited, it was an absolute riot of colour. Visit and you will not be disappointed.

Great garden centre. Cracking cafe next to a lovely koi carp pond. But the jewel in the crown was the special garden round the back. Very enjoyable. Some great photo opportunities. Some links with the RHS as members are free on a Monday.
